Prediction and analysis
Auburn Florida Point Spread
Spread: Florida +3 O/U: 135.5
The Gators’ luck has to run out at sometime, and considering this team only has two winning streaks of more than two games this season, odds are that they will not head to the SEC Tournament finals on Sunday. To be fair to Florida, it got the job done. UF needed to ensure it locked up an NCAA Tournament bid, and the team did just that Friday, battling back from 13 down in the second half to pick up its second ranked win of the season. Auburn, however, is a tough monster to slay, and Pearl is a terrific coach keen on winning big games like this. It will be tough for a tired Florida team to match up, so if the spread stays here, the pick is AU and the over in what should be a good game. However, if it hits four or goes even higher, go with the Gators, who should keep it close.
